4 Reasons Why Recruiters Should Stop Accepting Traditional Resumes.

I would encourage any candidate to utilize all the tools that their disposal in order to highlight their experiences, skills, and career goals…it is very easy for me as a recruiter to send all that information to my client….so don’t be afraid to use what is out there…

I also believe that the traditional resume is going to be looked at less and less and that some of these other ways of identifying people are going to become the norm…
