The company is taking a new tack toward leveling up IT staff members.
It sounds like Barry’s coming over from Sabre has done some good things with regards to how Asurion thinks about recruiting and retaining talent. It is still not all roses and unicorns over there, but at least they are cognizant of the issues and are making efforts to correct them. Kudos to Barry for recognizing that changes needed to happen. More execs need to follow his lead.
