Corporate magazines, publishing Etc… We need to be very careful as people gravitate to buzzwords and tools and think that is the answer. It’s the Ethos, the ideology, the overall philosophy around how to communicate with your audience that matters. Companies need to stop looking for shortcuts. There are no shortcuts to truly authentic communication and engagement.
