While the article was intended for those in the hospitality industry, I submit that the information can and should be used in all forms of business. 

I can’t say it enough but the customer experience is the key!! 

Experience Experience Experience is all that really matters. 

You have to be real, you have to be authentic, and you can’t try and create a shortcut. It just won’t work!!
